I know this is way early/late but I thought I would share this blessing I made with everyone. If anyone has any suggestions on it, it would be nice. Tell me what you think.
Tea and Incence Blessing
Ingredients: Incence sticks, tea bags, and a small to medium glass bottle with a cork or cover.
Instructions: After sundown of the first day, burn half of the incence you desire to use. Then make a cup/pot of tea. Drink the tea or sprinkle it over your garden(after it is cooled). Collect the ash from the burnt incence into a bowl. Drain the tea bag(s), cut or rip them open and upt them into the sme bowl with the ash. Do the same process again the next day before the sun sets. Then mix the tea leaves and ash well. If you have a mortar, you may wish to grind the ingredients together. Then empty the dry contents into the small bottle and seal it for that year. Then say a blassing for peace, positive energy, and prosperity.
You may also use this Tea and Incence blessing I wrote:
From the setting of the sun,
to it's rising in the east,
the new year we greet,
with dance and a feast.
Blessed be the Lord and Lady,
who call us all by name,
for us to love and prosper,
they care for us the same.
-Hold the bottle up to the east-
With the rays of the east,
may this blessing be true,
for energy, peace, and to prosper,
as we start this year anew.
Then you can just keep the bottle on your altar or somewhere safe for a year and then wash the bottle and repeat if you choose. Blessings to all.
