A friend directed me to this site. I've been practicing shamanism or native american spirituality for about a year now and have been interested in spiritual matters for at least 3 years I would say. I work with my dreams, feelings, slight visions mainly. Animal spirit guides are the ones that usually contact me. I'm happy to be here and hope to learn much.
