Ok, Im having a couple of pet problems and I was wondering if anyone had any input.

Number One: We let my dogs inside alot because its cool inside and its REALLY hot outside. They like being inside, but when we go to put them outside at night (Because thats where theyre food, water, and facilities are), they dont want to go. One of my dogs especially, we cant get him to go and hes far too heavy to pick him up. He sits down and refuses to go out. This has never really been a problem before and we cant figgure out why they are both so unwilling to go out at night.

Number Two: Our cats seem to have developed a fascination with the outside world. And one of our cats, Jersey, seems particularly determined to go outside. He hangs around by the door and then RACES for it whenever its opened. He'll run outside, and while he doesnt run away, its a real pain in the ass to keep on chasing him. We dont let any cats outside because of coyotes.

Maybe the coyotes are bothering the dogs? All my dogs sleep inside at night.
Try spraying the cat with water when he gets near the door.

Water doesnt bother Jersey, he did a cannonball into a fully loaded bathtub.

And the coyotes have actually been IN our yard before and the dogs just made friends. The coyotes have been around since before I can remember, the dogs are used to them

Maybe you could just leave the dogs in, maybe in the kitchen in case they go potty.
Silly cat likes water eh? Ummmmm, I'll have to think on that one...

You can try keeping the cat away from the doorways with scat mats, double sided sticky tape, shaking a can of pennies when the cat goes to the door. Of course, if the cat is not neutered, definitely do so, it will cut back on roaming urges. Good luck.

As for the dogs, it sounds like they are much happier in the house and that's why they are hesitant to go back outside.

Jersey isnt the brightest cat in the world, nothing phases him, coins, tape, he doesnt care. We've even hosed him with that Bitter Apple stuff and it did nothing
