Make your own herbal First aid kit.

You can make your own kit using the preparations that were in Lesson 1.

The following should be included in your write up for this assignment

Herb Name – and its use

How you would prepare the herb – refer back to Lesson 1 if need be.

OR

If you were buying it what would be its shelf life – or how long would you be able to keep the product.

Olive leaf extract for microbial infections
Yarrow for fever reduction
Aloe Vera for skin irritations and burns
Pick plantain as needed for insect bites and bee stings
Chamomille for upset stomach and relaxation
Peppermint of indigestion
Comfery for strained, sprained or broken bones, and bruises
Calendula cream for skin irritation
Alcohol for cleansing
Peroxide for cleansing of wounds
