Job energy

My Husband is looking for a new Job and he wants to quit his current one with no job lined up. This worrys me since im not working atm. Im also looking for something Part-time. Were already having it rough,and this would not help us. He has 2 weeks of pay coming if he were to quit/give his notice, as his boss held back 2 weeks. He's done this before and found another job fast, i just hope he has the same luck. Any energy you can spare would be appreciated.
