i love yarrow ! and i swear by it i made a yarrow astringent and balm. the recipes are in the beauty recipes thread they have been working very well for me

but you know i was thinking about those spot treatments that are on the market. maybe we could put our heads together and come up with a herbal based one
any input?

yeah i remember when i was 15 thinking well they will go away at 20. but at 20 i started thinking ok maybe 25 and so on at 37 it's not bad but still once a month i get a zit or 2 for my period

There's some info here that might be useful for you. I find a gentle wash of chamomile water is great for acne prone skin.

Personally, I swear by tea tree oil. I use tea tree oil soap, shampoo, and dab it full strength onto pimples. I also occasionally use a green clay mask with Fuller's Earth that I buy in bulk. Really cheap, just mix it with water.
