Needing some serious help...

I FEEL LIKE I AM LOSING MY DAMN MIND. EVERYTHING I HAVE BEEN WORKING MY ASS OFF FOR IS FALLING APART.I HAVEN'T SEEN MY DIVORCE SETTLEMENT YET, MY DAUGHTER AND I ARE SOON GOING TO BE WITHOUT A PLACE TO LIVE, I CAN'T SEE MY SON, I CAN'T FIND A JOB, I AM ON THE VERGE OF LOSING MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE I CAN'T MAKE ENDS MEET AND GET THINGS TOGETHER. AND THE WAY THINGS LOOK, STARMAN AND I MAY NEVER GET TO BE TOGETHER NOW. EVEN IF I DID HAVE A PLACE TO LIVE OF MY OWN AND A STEADY JOB NOW AND I HAVE A LIVE IN SO THEN IT COULD COST ME MY DAUGHTER. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THAT IS SO WRONG. BUT THE AUTHORITIES SEE IT AS SUCH AND CAN TAKE HER AWAY FOR THAT. I HAVE HIT ROCK BOTTOM AND FEEL LIKE THERE IS NOWHERE LEFT TO GO. THINGS HAVE BECOME SO BAD THAT I HAVE EVEN BEEN QUESTIONING MY BELIEFS LATELY. THAT IS THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE IT IS WHERE I AM MEANT TO BE SPIRITUALLY. I HAVEN'T STOPPED CRYING ALL NIGHT AND HAVE DEVELOPED A SERIOUS MIGRAINE. I FEEL LIKE THIS IS MY LAST CHANCE COMING HERE TO POST THIS. PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN SEND ANY ENERGY OR PRAYERS THEY WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. :sadeyes:

I love dancingwind with my heart and soul. When she told me that she could loose her daughter because of me I could not rest or sleep for that matter. I had a bad gut feeling about what my babe told me, that something did not ad up. I'm in Europe and there's not much I can do, but using the web I can, and I found a DCFS lawyer and called. I did'nt give up any names not even my own. Just told what Dancingwind is going thru. According to Department of children & Family services lawyer, she told me that they cannot and will never take away someones kid because the mother has a man/ boyfriend in her life. It will only happen if the man is abusing, neglecting or harming the child. That's not the case in this matter. I'm typing this so if anyone els gets the same message as Dancingwind it's not right. You can't loose your child because you love someone and don't want to be alone in your life.

I am so sorry you are having such a rough time of it. You sound so overwhelmed, take some time to rest your weary head.

I also hope you are getting decent information on the laws where you live.
Sometimes in some places a Significant Other living with you AFTER the divorce is finalized will not hurt you. It all depends on where you live.

The most I can say right now is to take one step at a time, babysteps if need be.
