Lola's first shed

Well not her first shed but the first shed since Ive had her. I was only able to get 3 pictures because once she noticed I was watching her she went into one of her hides to have privacy.

Huh, I didn't know lizards shed.
Makes sense though since snakes do and I'm guessing the two are related.
What kind of lizard is she anyway?

Did you notice that she was eating her shed skin as she was pulling it off?

Shes a Leopard Gecko and yeah I did notice, thats what they do.

The reason I asked was a lot of people don't realize they do that, and are shocked when they see it for the first time. :)

I didnt know about it until I decided to get a Crested Gecko but being expensive I had to make payments on it and before I could get it home it ended up choking on its skin.

Get that digital camera over here, I am gonna hop in the tub and exfoliate for the camera too ;)
