Need simple way to use affirmations?

Why not make your screen saver an affirmation?

    Or your wallpaper?

I found that off a site and thought I'd share that idea!
Eowyn - "The women of this country learned long ago, those without swords can still die upon them. I fear neither death nor pain."

I always use, "Everything will be okay in the end." It generally comforts me and helps me out when I'm down.

Since I work with Chakras a lot. I use different affirmations when working with different chakras. Sometimes I just say them for the themselves too. Here is a short list of the ones I use and which Chakra I associate it with.

Root - "I trust in the power of life."

Sacral - "I give my creativity and joy in living free rein."

Navel - "Through the power of my will, I can reach any goal."

Heart - " I give and receive with an open heart and bind myself to all living beings."

Throat - " I speak from the heart and let the truth be my guide."

Forehead - " I am in touch with my inner light."

Crown - " I open myself to the infinite power of God." (or the Goddess)

    They help me out anyways.

Nope, go right ahead! Use it all you want! That's why it's there.

It's going to be a wonderful Yule!

Here is my affirmation for the day:

Today is a brand new beginning, no one can make my regret my past or live it all over again.

a friend of mine passed this along to me..... "today is victory over yourself from yesterday"

and these were some great and what i thought powerful words in Phyllis Currott's Book of Shadows.....
"you cannot have to great adventure of finding your way until you've gone astray"

"the mind writes a good joke, but the body knows what laughter feels like"

"i thanked every minute of the past that had brought me to this extraordinary moment"

"destruction is sometimes necessary to free oneself from entrapment" (this is a favorite of mine )

Look and the mirror and smile, because you're beautiful!

That helps me when I am feeling down too!
