As someone who works in emergency medicine, I can attest to the hydrogen peroxide getting blood out of clothes. We use it in the ER and on the ambulance. And it works well!

One tip I can offer is:

aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. I have 3 kids. So, anytime, I bake anything in the oven, on a cookie, I lay down a layer of foil first. When it's time for clean up I simply wad the foil in a ball and toss it in my recycling bin. Saves on washing the cookie sheet and wasting water and detergent. Where we live we are constantly in a water shortage and plus it's a slight ease on the environment. Save water & recycle
