Hurray for me...I'm actually making progress in this department.
Last Wednesday evening my 14 yr old announced that he had to be at school t 8am for baseball tryouts the next day. I actually dragged my buttocks out of bet at 7am on Thursday...and have been doing so ever since.
I figure another week or so getting up at 7:00 and I should easily be able to add the remaining fifteen minutes to make it a full hour.
What am I doing with my time?
I have a goal of getting up at 6:30 so I can take a walk around our beautiful lake (which takes an hour) and will still give me enough time to shower, dress and have a nice breakfast...I'll let you know how that works out...if we ever get real spring-like weather.
- having a healthy breakfast (nice hot bowl of cream of buckwheat)
- reading (The Nia Technique and Your Life is Now)
- journalling (use a few minutes each day to read and/or write affirmations in my journal - lifts my spirits for the day)
