    I think that if there never has been a potato goddess, there should be one - she should have many eyes and beautiful flowers, and her shrines shall be at fast food and restaurants around the world... now the potato goddess just needs a name...

    Despite the fact that I'm half Irish, I don't really like potatoes much. I'm cool with baked potatoes and raw potatoes (yes, I eat them raw AND with the skin) but other than that, I'm not big on them at all.

    I just bartered two bottles of Seventh Generation biodegradable cleaner for a bag of fingerling potatoes. I've only worked with red and baking potatoes, so this calls for culinary experimentation!
