I've finished doing my mom's side. (Well not really, but that's genealogy for you.) Apart from a large portion of unknowns, thank you bad record keeping, my mom is:
English, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, French, German and Swiss. Mostly German and English though, but I couldn't tell you which one she has the highest percentage of.

*off to work on her father's family, which has even worse records.

My bloodlines are a funny mixture... I'm half Iranian from my dad, he also says that we've got Swedish ancestors in his family tree. My mum is English, Welsh, possibly some German in there if we go by surnames. That's all we know about really. It's very interesting, I'd love to research it.

Well life just got a little bit better.

I'm a little bit of everything (English, Scottish, Dutch, German...) but my family is, predominantly, Irish.

I'm Scots-Irish, English, and Welsh on my Moms side, along with a little bit of Cherokee (a half-blood several-times great-grandma, I guess :P), apparently.... One name in the family that we thought was German, it seem is actually more English.

On my biological fathers side - more English blood, along with some Hispanic blood (his last name is obviously Spanish in origin), as well. Beyond that, I don't know much about his family history. And, honeslty, despite my curiousity I'm kind of alright with that.

So... uh... Yeah. I'm just another typical All American "Mutt"
