I make this salisbury steak type dish with ground chicken or turkey with a creamy sauce on it. I'll probably do that tonight with some roasted potatoes and a salad.

I was too tired to get involved with all that prep work so I wound up using the ground chicken to make tacos.

Tonite will probably be pasta - I'm still tired and just don't feel like cooking today.

Last night I was going to make a hash brown casserole, but then I got gassed by a perfumed candle and went to bed for the rest of the day. There was a recipe on the back of the hash brown package so my daughter figured out how to make it and it turned out scrumptuous!

Tonight I want to make beef fajitas.

I'm getting out of work at 2pm today so I'm going to hit the supermarket early for my weekly shop. I was thinking of picking up one of their cooked rotisserie chickens (they're SO good) and just making a nice salad. Or maybe I'll just hit their deli section and get some cold cuts for sandwiches. I love their Black Forest ham.

Basically I've no idea what I'm having.
