Dogs used as knife targets by Peruvian military

    http://www.portal.telegraph.co.uk/ne...5/ixworld.html

Barechested commandos brandishing knives take turns to charge towards a live dog, tied and spreadeagled between vertical poles. They slash and stab the helpless, yelping animal until it dies. Then, in a grotesque act of military machismo, the soldiers eat the dog's heart and drink its blood.

    Unhappy Disgusting...

These types of stories make me want to vomit. Really. I can't believe people would do this to a defenseless animal.

    what is WRONG with people?!
Remember, people will forget what you said...people will forget what you did..but they'll never forget how you made them feel.

I agree with you Old Witch. If not that, I wish they'd trip and fall on their own blade. That is unbelieveable.

    Different cultures - different people.
Disgusting acts indeed - I have a 4 year old German Shepphard and cant even bring myself to imagine how anybody could do such things.

Perhaps it would be more interesting if it was a rotweiler, and untied? Taking for granted that it will fight back, it would result in a more...exhilerating experiance. Not that I support the practice, but wheres the fu-- I mean challange, when it cant fight back?

To expect the worst is to never have an unpleasant surprise.

Men often mistake the strength of their emotion for the strength of their argument.

The heated mind resents the chill touch and relentless scrutiny of logic.

The earth swallowing them up would be good, but...

I think that being torn apart by a pack of feral dogs would be much more poetic justice...

Someone in the article asked a very good question - when they get out of the military, what kind of people are they going to be? Not anyone I'd want to live next door to...

    CloakofStars9 kicks much booty!
