    Meditation exercises?

So I read about Austin Osman's neither-neither exercise the other day.
Basically what you do is break down common dualities.

Last night I was meditating by my bed, and decided to give this a shot.
It was incredible, I honestly did not expect that..

For every duality that I broke, I suddenly felt a physical wave drag me down deeper into a state of gnosis. And it happened instantly too, not at all forced!

So yea, I was pretty excited about this.
I want to know if there are any other exercises like the neither-neither?

Duality is taking two concepts that seem to oppose each other, and coupling them in a sort of eternal love-hate relationship. Like sun and moon, man and woman, mountain and valley, cold and hot, moist and dry (or for the more observant reader: earth and fire, water and wind).

Neither is the answer to duality. Do you feel more mountain, or more valley? Neither. It negates the restriction duality imposes.

    interesting,

however that doesnt explain the genosis state or how to exercise the neither-neither technique

to no is not to understand simply to be aware,

if i am not aware of how to this this exercise then what is the of knowing it is out their beyond my use?

All right. Neither-neither seems the point of consciousness between simply dreaming and experiencing one's unconsciounce.

"The key to reaching this state is the attainment of a 'total vacuity' of the conscious mind which concept is also an important part of Eastern religion such as the Buddhist path to enlightenment or Yoga and Tantra exercise."

Lining up dualities and cancelling them out is one way to get there.

Jason Louv has written up a detailed meditation here:

This sounds great, I think I'm going to try it! Unfortunately my sinus problems have been keeping me from doing serious meditation for years
