    Torn round ligament

Okay so when i was pregnant with my daughter i tore one of my round ligaments. For those of you who don't know the round ligaments are the three ligaments holding the uterus.

Anyways, somehow since ive been pregnant with my second child i have reinjured the ligament. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help with the pain?

Are you sure you tore it again? I know I have some round ligament pain when I'm not careful how I move with this pregnancy (my second). It may just be that. Other than that thought I don't have any suggestions other that to be mindful of how to move. Good luck.

    >_<

Has your doctor given you any advice?

... you *have* told your doctor about the pain, right?

Not to lift anything over 5 pounds (which is impossible right now cause of my daughter), and to stay off my feet.

But this is a different doctor so hopefully they'll be more help
