    Brilliant find, thanks to space technology.

    As for uncovering them it depends on how far below ground these monuments are. The Great Sphinx was once buried until quite recently when archeologists removed all the sand.
    The only thing that sucks around here is a straw.

    Pyramids are the molecular gastronomy of archaeology - pretty, and get all the attention, but mostly air and leaves you wanting something more substantial. I'm more interested in the 3,100 potential settlement sites detected. That could potentially be a massive treasure trove of information.
