Okay, so, I found this Guided Meditation on YouTube. It is to help find your Totem Animal. Anyway, I was wondering if this approach to meditation (visualizing the meadow and so forth) could be a good approach for meditation in general! The narrator says you can ask your Totem Animal questions, could those be any questions you'd normally meditate over?

It, for some reason, is easier for me to produce a relaxed image of a meadow than it is to think of nothing OR visualize my chakra points ablaze. Sooo, just wondering
