    Shadows of the Demon Lord

I hope this is the right spot...

Anyways, has anyone heard or started this? It's a tabletop RPG created by Robert Schwalb. It's still pretty new.

My husband found out about it in April at the anime convention. The creator was there and was leading demos and promoting it, essentially.

We've started a campaign after getting involved with the kickstarter, and it's really fun so far.

I personally describe it as a stripped down version of D&D, because if you wanted, you could do character creation in 30 minutes or so.

Some of us old hands can roll a character in 15 :-p

    But that does sound cool.

    Oh shush you gloater. =P

It also streamlines so many rules. It's a lot easier for newbies in that regard, because before this I've only played a few games of Scion, and there were times where the more experienced players got into debates about whether or not something could/should technically be allowed to happen, etc.

If it's something that needs a roll, you either roll, or you get 1d6 bane or boon to affect the outcome.
