    Interestingly enough, I looked up Vanapagan and he has a helmet of nails which turns him invisible. Hades also has a helm of invisibility. I wonder if that's a common theme about underworld deities...

    I read about the nails part but didn't really dig deeper.. but it does sound like it is a common theme of sorts doesn't it? But then again both of them are underworld gods that also might be part of the common theme between them?
