Doctor says I must go on an acid reflux diet. I know the list of can'ts: Alcohol, bacon, butter, cheese, chocolate, citrus fruits, coffee, cream, fatty foods, fried foods, whole milk, icecream, oils, sausage, sodas, spicy foods and tomatoes. And in my case bananas.

I love tomatoes and they will be missed.

What would you suggest for meals without the above ingredients?

For breakfast I might have cream of wheat w/ salt ( no butter) or museli w/out milk. Maybe with an apple.

Meals: baked chicken, fish, whole grain bread, lettuce, spinach, arugala,

For deserts I might have peaches, pears or marshmallows.
