Hey everybody. I'm starting to get really worried about my friend in Puerto Rico. I haven't heard from him for a few weeks and I know that Hurricane Maria destroyed Pureto Rico severely and I hope he's alive. I don't know what to do. Help!

Hey everybody. This month is going to be very depressing for me. This month is going to be the anniversary of my mother death. She died from diabetes type 2 six years ago. I always give her insulin everyday. As soon as her health gotten worse she was at the hospital. My old therapist from my old day treatment program told me that my mother passed away. I was very sad and depressed. So that the whole story everybody.

Hi Barthomer sorry not responded sooner (just got back in today) I know what I do that helps? Take picture of your mom and make a spot (anywhere your wish) and sit your picture, a candle of you wish maybe a flower or 3 (even fake ones ok) and take a bit of time to sit and meditate or talk to the pic and just remember her, or offer up prayers etc just whatever that sits right with you. But just honoring her this month will help give you some solace I would think. Might think about it....? Sending energy your way.

(My little shelf is getting full I have pics of my mom & dads headstones, and notice deals or pics of each of the other family members that have passed)and have lost many these last 3 years it seems. hmmm can even leave a place setting at dinner for her this month this is one some folks do as well...
just whatever your gut tells you will help you thru this month.
