Avocado for hair?

Does anyone use this on your hair? If so, how exactly do you use it and how often? Did/do you like it?

I do this twice a month. I take a ripe avocado, mix it with one tablespoon of mayo and leave it on for 45 mins- one hour. Omg...my hair LOVES it- it's smooth as silk and so shiny!

However though, it's VERY messy. Well worth the messiness though me thinks.

Wow, well i heard about it, im looking at natural products all day long so i bumped in to many shampoos and stuff based on herbs etc. But then again why have silky smooth hair when you can have a tangled/half dread bush with debris in it on your head. LIKE ME
