I need an important answer

I have my tarot deck,since September but I'm such a noob with tarot that I'm still using the runes. I drew myself and got like 3-4 egyptian cards.Would it be ok if I photograph the deck,with every single card?And show it to the one who is most experienced?I cannot recognize which type of deck they are,they are spercial,and my guess if that they are major arcana.

Also,I need a reading because I hate life right now,and I'm fighting depression because of the fact that I am insecure and not have a safe place of my own.
I guess my question is how do I obtain a sum of money ,like 200000 euro to pay my bills,buy the medication I need to take everyday,afford all doctor visits and buy a house where I would be safe? I'm in deep trouble and now my health is seriously starting to fall apart.I can't take this sufferings anymore. So please ,do a reading for me.Thank you!

I can trie to do one but keep in mind, I´m still a newbie when it comes to this I´ve only been doing this for a year and some readings has been 100% so I´ll give it a shoot.
