It's just sad when they have to amend a law that too broad in the first place.
I never did understand how she could be charged with a complaint of running a daycare when she never asked for any money and never took any money for babysitting these kids for less than an hour each morning. That doesn't meet the definition of a daycare provider, does it? How was she even breaking that particular law? If this was "common sense" then it was too little, too late. Common sense should have kicked in much sooner.
