There Are times when it feels like the air around me increases in pressure and then i hear a loud buzy. Like electrial buzzing. And sometimes my mom can hear the sound but i get it at weird times all the time.

Does this mea anything or am i just losing it.

It could be that you (and maybe your Mom) are particularly sensitive to the sounds of household appliances or to electricity itself. (There are several threads about sensitivity to electricity in this forum). Or it could be that you are suffereing from a form of tinnitus. This link has more information about that.

It's not just you. That can happen a lot with flourescent lights, even if I can't spell fluorescent, and things like fridges and TVs, can make background noise that's just on or just outside the limit of hearing, so it's quite possible that you could be hearing but not quite hearing them, if you see what I mean, I would agree.

I can "hear" fluorescent lights when I get a migraine. It is a horrible jangling sharp sound. Normally they are an irritating sound, like the fridge or a window A/C. Sometimes I have to turn off everything in the house. My partner just goes out.
