Canada's Commonwealth membership in question
Canada's carbon plan has ranked dead last, causing a campaign for the suspension of the country's Commonwealth membership.

I know people who have kept their Alberta residence status even though they don't live there just for the benefits. I have a feeling climate change initiatives are going to be a tough sell to the Alberta government...
