Frequently Sequenced procedure!

Ive been feeling strange about some times when i get into controlling dreams, i cannot know/diffrentiate between OBE and Astral even though i read alot about them and differences, i just dont crystal clear understand them..
Before i go into a controlled/feeling dream.

It happens to me that either i feel something in my body is pushing me in or out on different body parts as if its some weird energy or gravity or somebody pushing with fists or that someone whispers in my ear and i feel paralysis ( sleep paralysis ).

Last night. I had a good sleep, but as i before begin dreaming. i have to feel the weird energy or the whispers mentioned above everytime since i was a child.

My dream was as follows that i wake up around couple of after i went to sleep and i see 2 people who are not close freinds to me in my room and talking.
I couldnt hear what they were saying but sooner they asked me something so i thought to answer them and i saw myself getting up from sleeping posture and was telling them ' I cant speak,my voice is very weak' .
And then everything blacked out and i see myself having sex with some unknown people to me.

Everything happened in this dream as if i could see my thinking in my mind.

Can you help me telling me if theres a meaning for this dream ?
And why it happens that i have the weird feelings before i get into controlled dreaming ?
