I think I found my spirit guide.

I was meditating...and visualizing that I was at the beach, because I like the beach. And then a tiger came out of the waves and we talked for a little while. And then he left. He really helped me with some stuff that's been going on lately, and I love him! Is this my spirit guide, or was it just a one-time thing? Or was this whole thing just me imagining a spirit guide because I want one so badly?

I'm not really an expert but it is possible that it is a spirit guide who maybe recognised you needed help at that time. I've read that they tend to come to you for a purpose for example: spiritual development.

How did it feel to you when it appeared? Sometimes we just have to trust what we see and feel and then work from there.

One of my guides was brief, maybe half a year to a whole- I insulted her and she just up and left! Never seen her since.
