Anyone grow clover? x3

I'm talking about the four and three leaf little plants that grow in alot of front yards.. I have some seeds and I a little planter, but seeing as how I'm a horrible plant killer in the past (totally accident I swear I love plants ), can anyone tell me how I should plant them? I guess they grow similar to grass?

I've grown Oxalis ("Saint Patty's" style clover) as well as ground clovers. Oxalis is tempermental and needs to remain moist pretty much constantly, or it collapses. Ground clover? ... ya can't kill the stuff, seriously.
