I'd LOVE to see a shooting war between Venezuela and the US. Let's see if we can beat a world record in how many hours it takes to devastate an entire nation's military...
He's trying to keep support at home up in the face of growing dissatisfaction in all sectors of society. The proper response is to completely ignore him like the spastic toddler he is.

Sounds like old Hugo is trying to distract his population from his misgoverning.
Argentina tried that with the Falklands thing. Didn't work out very well.
