1. Favorite meat? Pescetarian here and truth be told, I'm a seafood addict so I couldn't pick. Squid, octopus, eel, fish of all kinds, oysters, shrimp, crab, lobster... with a penchant for things that are very fresh and still possess a high water content. Before I was a pescetarian (and not going through a vegetarian phase) it would have been lamb.

2. Favorite vegetable? Again, hard to pick. Green ones, I imagine. Broccoli, aspargus, kale and artichokes come to mind.

3. Favorite fruit? Pomegranates and blueberries.

4. Favorite type of bread? Homemade, whole wheat, and with lots of added goodness in the form of various seeds, nuts and fruits.

5. Favorite dessert? Probably my apple-nut spice cheesecake or my coffee cheesecake.

6. Favorite cuisine? This is too hard. Indian, Thai, Ethiopian... hmm. Japanese, I suppose.

All of the above and with a strong emphasis on exceptionally fresh, local, and mostly raw seafood, vegetables, and fruits with lots of hearty grains thrown in. It would be promptly followed by cheesecake and a bottomless cup of dark roast coffee.

I'm semi vegetarian so the only meat I eat is chicken and seafood, but I would have to say crab.

Steamed Crab legs, red chili lemon chicken, steamed carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower, homemade rolls with just a little butter on top, and coconut cream pie.
